Gary Neville's podcast empire earnings detailed including massive monthly sum

Gary Neville is reportedly raking in over £1million monthly through his podcasting ventures , in addition to his Sky Sports salary. The Manchester United legend's Buzz 16 Productions – which manages projects such as The Overlap – generated revenue of £11.6m last year.

Meanwhile, Buzz distributed a reported £4.6m in salaries and pension payments last year, according to The Sun , while Neville split a dividend exceeding £3m with three other directors. Beyond contributing to programmes like Stick To Football and Fan Debate, alongside long-standing broadcasting colleague Jamie Carragher , Neville also features in a brief Sky Sports podcast when covering Premier League fixtures.

In January, he additionally offloaded a majority stake in The Overlap to Global, which controls Classic FM, Capital and LBC, amongst others. Discussing the transaction at the time, Neville said: "The Overlap started as an idea that we thought people might like and we went for it.

"It's a team that I love working with and I'm incredibly proud to be a part of. We never thought of it as a business, we just wanted to create something that people loved."

Neville is regularly accompanied by the likes of Carragher, Roy Keane , Ian Wright and Jill Scott on The Overlap, hosting a range of prominent guests throughout the years. Some of the latest figures to feature on the programme include Wayne Rooney , Ange Postecoglou , Ashley Cole , Rory McIlroy and Gareth Bale .

It comes as Neville, Keane and Carragher were in agreement over Manchester City's FA Cup quarter-final encounter with Liverpool , which is scheduled to occur on Saturday, 4 April, at the Etihad Stadium.
